A.There are 3 different modes of fee payment available

• You can pay it online through the payment link displayed on the student dashboard.
• Through the Bank or any online payment platform.
• In person from the KCC Reception (online payment only).

7. How to check the application status?

• You will get the confirmation through the email.

8. What are the course starting and ending dates?

• Course starting date: 7^th May 2023
• Course end date: Until their completion of examinations.

9. What are Daily class timings and Self-Study hours timing?

A. The timings varies as per the need of the studies. The routine timings are

• 5.30AM Wake up time (Meditation/Heartfulness yoga/self study)
• 7.00 AM to 7.50 AM Breakfast
• 8.00AM to 1.00PM Class Hours
• 1.00PM to 2.00PM Lunch
• 2.00PM to 3.30PM Assignment and doubts clarification with respective faculty
• 4.00PM to 5.00PM Study Hours
• 5.00PM to 6.00PM Self-activity time for personal interest like sports, meditation, plantation, cycling, creative work etc.
• 6.00PM to 7.00PM Study Hours
• 7.00PM to 8.00PM Dinner
• 8.00PM to 10:30PM Evening self-study hours

10. What are the Food and Accommodation Facilities provided in KCC?

• The campus of the institute is well secured and surrounded by boundary walls.
• There are security guards at every entrance gate, who check all the vehicles/persons entering the campus.
• CCTV surveillance is placed across all the campus and also in classrooms.

A. Yes, every detail concerning to the student will be updated in the student dashboard time to time, parents can login and go through all the details regarding the student.

A. Yes, academic counselors are available to help the students.

14. What will be the stay facilities on the campus provided for the parents who are visiting their ward?

A. Stay is provided for 1-2 days.

15. What are the yearly vacations of KCC?

A. There are two long vacations in KCC.

1. 1. Dussehra (Vijayadashami) and Diwali – 20 to 25 days
   2. Summer Vacation – 20 to 25 days

16. Is there any healthcare facility for Kanha Coaching Centre Students?

A. Yes,

1. 1. Primary health care centre with basic facilities is available in Kanha Medical Centre(KMC).
   2. Wellness center which offers therapeutic healing systems such as Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and Acupuncture.
   3. Emergency cases, there is a facility to move student to the nearest hospital. It is highly advisable to have medical insurance for hospitalization.

17. What are the hostel facilities that are provided in KCC?

A. We have comfortable dormitory style, centralized AC hostel facilities for boys and girls in Kanha Coaching Centre
